SUBJECT: The "Wanderer" (Unidentified Civilian)

I. ASSET RECOVERY

Two days following the theft of Transport Cart #04 (See: Report 08), Unit Gemini was deployed to track the vehicle's unique tire signature.

• Tracking: Specialists Wulfsige and Luca successfully tracked the electric cart deep into Sector 14.
• Discovery: The cart was located abandoned in a cul-de-sac corridor.
